Define the single-user path to ACE 1.0 - #153

What changed

• replaces the 0.9 collaboration milestone with a complete Single-user Intelligence Builder journey;
• narrows 1.0 to a stable personal Intelligence Operating System with explicit install, upgrade,
  security, recovery, ownership, and cross-domain gates;
• moves teams, tenancy, shared workspaces, managed hosting, and distributed operation to tracked
  post-1.0 work;
• adds the bounded 0.9 work packet and acceptance matrix; and
• aligns README, docs index, Agent Memory roadmap, and roadmap guardrail tests.

Why

The first stable ACE release must work completely for one person. Collaboration is valuable, but it
should expand a proven product rather than gate the install → connect → first cited Brief → continuous
update experience.

Product impact

0.9 now owns the concrete Atrium onboarding and first-value journey. 1.0 owns contract stability and
release hardening for the personal Intelligence OS. World AI and Market Intelligence remain the two
public domain proofs; Custom Intelligence remains the generic pack-building path.

Validation
